HBLU™ I : Healing Trauma and Installing Boundaries – Workshop Description

Whether it’s loss, violence, physical injury, or illness, trauma is the most common difficulty people encounter in their lives. Emotional blocks from trauma and other emotional injury can show up physically (pain, headaches, health disorders) or emotionally (phobic reactions, issues relating to success around career, relationships, money or other goals.) Trauma can breach boundaries and lead to burnout.

In this 4-day experiential workshop learn how to achieve goals by clearing blocks caused by trauma, phobias, limiting beliefs, negative emotions, etc. in order to move forward in any area of life. Our results-oriented approach allows each individual to solve problems that are rooted in the unconscious mind and body. The techniques that you learn take just minutes and the results last. Therapists who have taken this course have reported these same revolutionary results when using these techniques with their clients.

What is Healing from the Body Level Up™?

HBLU™ is a holistic psychotherapy system that addresses somatic, psychological and spiritual aspects of an issue simultaneously. Developed by biomedical research scientist, Judith A. Swack, Ph.D., HBLU™ integrates the best of biomedical science, psychology, spirituality, applied kinesiology, Neuro Linguistic Programming, and Energy Psychology with her original research on the structure of complex damage patterns.

HBLU™ begins with the philosophy that a person’s soul is embodied for two reasons: to manifest their soul mission and to enjoy life. Lightworkers are people whose soul mission involves community service and whose focus is on being a beacon of light in the darkness i.e. raising consciousness, and bringing people closer to God. Lightworker’s ideas are always ahead of their time and are usually in conflict with the people in power and the status quo.
